Look what I did!

Crab, mayo, sweet corn and "gurken".

First layer

Hard boiled egg

Salmon


Avocado with a lot of lemon to keep the green color green (hehe) until serving

I left the sandwich cake in the fridge over the night

Hot dog wrapped in quiche dough.

Next day! Cream cheese mixed with quark and beetroot juice to make it pink, but ver little.
I build a mini version to see if the layers worked good together! 

Decoration time! The best part!

Almost ready!

Et voila!
